At Modoni, we carefully pack every resin wall clock to help ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition. As our products are handcrafted, we take extra care during packaging and dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after Oder confirmation. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information or tracking details where available.

Shipping Across India

We currently ship our resin wall clocks to locations across India, subject to courier service availability. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery time will generally be communicated at the time of order or dispatch. Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

Safe Packaging

Each wall clock is inspected and securely packed before dispatch. We use suitable protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and/or a video of the package and damaged product. This helps us investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can sometimes occur due to weather, transportation issues, public holidays, high-demand periods, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Special Custom design requirements

Customized Special resin wall clocks may require additional manufacturing time before dispatch. The expected processing time will be communicated based on your specific customization requirements.
